Overview: Minimal Weather Widget.

 Displays current weather condition, temperature, date, and a weather icon. Includes multiple icon styles, custom icon support, custom font support, and various text styles.

 Detect location feature uses network location. You must have "Use wireless networks" enabled under "Location & Security settings" to use this feature.

 What's in this version:
 Added hex color inputs
 Fixed widget initialization on device boot (black box error)
 Adjusted 4x1 size
